- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to residential and commercial lawns.
- Conduct thorough lawn assessments to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and customer interactions.
- Educate clients on lawn care best practices and product usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Operate and maintain spray equipment and tools effectively.
- Communicate with team members to coordinate daily schedules and tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of lawn care products and application techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- WSDA applicators license, or ability to obtain one within first 2 months of employment
